I have been chastised for not updating my blog. I whined, "Its wrestling season," but my plea fell on deaf ears. Besides, wrestling season is over in a little more than a week so it is time to get re invigorated about Mastiffs!

Yes there is allot going on. Firstus, I have my puppy back from RoxiToo. He is quite handsome and Sandra is convinced he is Westminster bound. I agree that he has a chance, but we will see. I am a little more pragmatic. He IS very nice.

Rodie is "Big Buddy", Trojan, of course, is "THE Buddy" so it was natural to call him "Puppy Buddy" which James quickly shortened to "Puddy". I will post some pictures shortly. He isn't quite as big as Tug was at 8 weeks but he is still substantial at 20 pounds at 8 weeks old. Tug was 24. Catie has a mutant monster over in NC from the Trojan-Sara Lee litter that is 29 pounds at 9 weeks!

Anyway, Puddy has settled in very quickly. He began malling the Boxer mix we are fostering for adoption on his second day. He is a very happy pup and seems reasonably smart. He already comes to his name and understand 'no' very well. He is physical and reminds me of Grandpa(yes grandpa!) Trojan with his energy.
